Custom Dress Design
If you don’t find a dress of your dream already made, our couture designers can create one for you. Bring your ideas and pictures, and we will come up with a few sketches, and then we will work with you on the final design of your dress including the colour, fabric, lace, and embellishments.
We can customize the existing designs we carry in the store or create one of a kind wedding dress or evening dress unique to you. Once the design and price is confirmed, the order will be sent to production. The turnaround time for custom dresses is 3–5 months (depends on a dress complexity). We require a 50% deposit before the work on the dress starts.
Dress Alterations
In our bridal shop, we offer dress alterations. The alteration timeframe and price varies depending on the dress design, and complexity of alterations.
Limited Time Offer:
We take requests for alterations on bridal gowns purchased outside of our store for summer season starting in June.
Dress Steaming
Our bridal store offers free dress steaming for all dresses purchased in our store. We also offer steaming of dresses purchased outside of our store for a fee. The cost of steaming varies dependent upon the dress design and urgency.
