Can the dress design be customized?
Yes. We can make minor changes to the design. Please describe the changes in Custom Design field when ordering the dress.
What is your return policy?
An unused, standard size dress may be eligible for refund. Custom orders are not refundable. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
What is 50-50 Payment?
When selecting Full Payment, you pay full amount at the order. With 50-50 Payment, you pay 50% for deposit at the order and 50% for balance when the dress is complete and before it's shipped.
