An unused, standard size dress may be eligible for refund. Custom orders are not refundable. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
What is 50-50 Payment?
When selecting Full Payment, you pay full amount at the order. With 50-50 Payment, you pay 50% for deposit at the order and 50% for balance when the dress is complete and before it's shipped.
